With an emphasis on collaborative learning and project work, this class allows learners to work together to complete a project in English and to critically assess their work. It is used to practice the skills of English in a meaningful and fun way.
Each week the class works towards completing a project and assessing it. Lessons are used to input necessary language and structures, to collaboratively design assessment tools, to design and create a project (e.g. a presentation comparing international cuisines/a proposal for a new app/a radio play) to assess, to give feedback and to give learners the opportunity to improve both their projects and their language skills.
